A Staff that makes a Difference
All employees are taught the Scott Lowery Landscape philosopy. Each learns to alternate positions with equipment, be it in the area of edgers, mowers, irrigation repair, as well as general knowledge of weed/pest identification. IPM is taught to employees monthly.
More importantly, each employee is taught how to "hand prune" plants. Scott Lowery Landscape is not a company that "shears every plant in sight." Employees kow which formal hedges are gas or power sheared. Others, such as "Goldfinger " Dwf. Schefflera or Ixora "Nora Grant" are hand-pruned to give the plant a more natural appearance. Employees with these abilities are just part of what sets Scott Lowery Landscape apart from other management or lawn services.
